Experience the original and traditional way of olive oil production. This is a hands-on olive oil making experience, suitable for guests who want to realize our ancestors' olive oil production process.

 

First, you weigh the olives that you will need and you place them on the olive mill. Then, with our help, you start pushing the mill around, so that the stones crash the olives. Afterwards, you collect the crashed olives, you put add them in big sacks and you transfer them in the olive press. Finally, the olive paste is pressed into oil, by manually pulling and pushing the press.  

 

As a souvenir we will offer you a 100ml bottle of our Family’s Extra virgin Handmade olive oil
